Vyer.Net provides fractional security architecture and CISO advisory services. Questions about this policy or personal information may be sent to wc@vyer.net.

Submitting the form authorizes Vyer.Net to contact you at the email address you provide in connection with your inquiry. It does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.

4. Service Providers

Vyer.Net uses service providers that process information only as needed to operate the website:

• Resend: transmits contact-form emails to Vyer.Net. Resend receives the contact details and message submitted through the form. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Replit: hosts the website and application services and may process request and infrastructure logs needed to provide and secure the service. See Replit's Privacy Policy.

Vyer.Net does not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.

5. Retention and Security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Vyer.Net does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Essential hosting technologies may be used to deliver and secure the site. This policy will be updated if tracking practices materially change.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing wc@vyer.net. Applicable law may provide additional rights. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

8. Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and Vyer.Net does not knowingly collect their personal information.
